General Manager

Grace is a management professional with over 10 years of industry experience who is responsible in managing the team, formulating overall strategies, reviewing and improving operation policies, and implementing business execution to ensure revenue growth.

She is a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker who helps our people develop and grow to reach their maximum potential.

She possesses extraordinary leadership skills that contribute to effective strategic planning and development for coherent daily operations in Millennial Brands.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Science and a Business Management degree from Asia Pacific University.

Binta John

HR Executive

Binta is a proactive professional with over 5 years of people expertise and handling end-to-end recruitment processes.

She leads the HR performance management for Millennial Brands staff by implementing solutions to the different areas of recruitment, staffing, and various HR-related concerns.

She started her career with a passion for people. Over the years, she gained functional HR knowledge and expertise in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s resources through planning, implementing, and evaluating policies and practices.

Binta holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Communications and Engineering from CUSAT, a young lass who has a big passion for people engagement.

Muneer PKP

Finance Executive

Muneer is a specialist in business and financial operations with more than 4 years of practical experience in internal accounting policies, and procedures.

He analyzes and implements financial strategies and policies for Millennial Brands in terms of accounting activities to minimize inefficiencies.

He collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data including payroll, accounts payables & receivables, general ledger, and internal audits to drive maximum productivity and efficiency within the company.

Muneer holds a Masters of Commerce from Madurai Kamaraju University, India.

Maria Loureyn Lacson

Commercial Manager

Maria leads the commercial activities for Millennial Brands and she brings experience in working in the beauty industry in the Middle East. She is now managing commercial initiative for O Boticário brand (#12 beauty brand worldwide) in the UAE. O Boticário UAE received multiple awards since its launch in Dubai in 2018, including the best performance for any international franchise.

She is responsible for commercial planning, project planning, program management, systems compliance, invoicing and payment, supply chain management, and project communications. She is skilled in international negotiation, account management as well as strategy and operations for retail and e-commerce channels.

She holds a BA in Computer Engineering as well as a diploma in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University.

Paul Anthony Almonte

Operations Manager

Paul has more than 4 years of experience in the industry with a focus in  planning and executing distribution workflows.

He leads the supply chain & inventory management operation of Millennial Brands and works tirelessly to secure efficient and accurate stock control and fulfillment which is a key contribution to the daily seamless workflow across all stores.

He has a crucial role in maintaining a professional relationship with suppliers, managing warehouse and retail stocks, as well as managing international and local logistics and deliveries to safeguard the company’s operational costs

Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Management from the Technological University of the Philippines.

Kim Leah Gonzales

Trade Marketing Coordinator

Kim is a creative spirit having more than 10 years of various retail, events, and consumer marketing experience which contributes to generating sales and increasing revenue.

She leads the planning and development of marketing strategies to strengthen brand exposure in the region for Millennial Brands.

She is also responsible for overseeing the visual and digital merchandising for both online and brick-and-mortar stores.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science from Manila Central University  in the Philippines.

Sabita Singh

Business Administration Executive

Sabita leads the administrative tasks and brand coordination for Millennial Brands.

She provides efficient daily support across different departments. She collaborates with different business units, manages the senior management agendas, prepares reports, maintains appropriate filing systems, and coordinates with different providers and suppliers to contribute to a systematic workflow in the Head Office.

Sabita holds a Bachelor of Commerce from HNB Garhwal University.

Eva Abling

Retail Store Manager

Eva has 13 years of experience in retail store operations standards and excellence for retail brands. She started her career journey working with different brands and gaining over the years, deep experience in terms of controlling and directing the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards and in-store execution to deliver sustainable sales and profit targets.
Eva is leading one of the retail store operations and sales for Millennial Brands in terms of managing the store operations, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines by consistently creating a welcoming environment for the customer through greeting, assisting, and responding to customer inquiries.
Eva is currently managing O Boticário brand (#12 beauty brand worldwide) in the UAE flagship retail store. O Boticário UAE received multiple awards since its launch in Dubai in 2018, including the best performance for any international franchise.
Eva has strong core skills including Sales techniques, Visual Merchandising, Process Improvement, Staff Management, Team Building, Process Optimization, Inventory Control, Employee Learning & Development, Corporate Promotions, Productivity Improvement, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Eva holds a BS in Business Administration from Malabon University.

Antonette Lupian

Retail Store Manager

Antonette has more than 7 years of experience in the international retail industry in terms of managing people training, store operations and she leads one of the retail store operations and sales for Millennial Brands in terms of ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines by consistently creating a welcoming environment for the customer through greeting, assisting, and responding to customer inquiries and needs and directing the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards and in-store execution to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.

Antonette is managing O Boticário (#12 beauty brand worldwide) in City Centre Mirdiff. O Boticário UAE received multiple awards since its launch in Dubai in 2018, including the best performance for any international franchise.

Antonette holds a BA from Holy Cross of Davao College.

Susan Blasco

Retail Store Manager

Susan has more than 13 years of in-depth retail management experience. She started her career journey as a retail team leader and is now an expert on daily store operations, people performance, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

She leads one of the retail stores for Millennial Brands and ensures that optimum profit is achieved by managing the store operations and maximizing conversion and customer relationship management by maintaining a full-engagement experience while overseeing the development of overall store day-to-day operations.

Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Balaram Subedi

Retail Store Manager

Balaram has more than 7 years of extensive experience in the retail industry.

He leads one of the retail stores for Millennial Brands in terms of managing the store operations, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines, and consistently creating a welcoming environment for the customers. He has a hands-on approach in guiding the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service satisfaction and in-store execution of achieving targets and goals.

Balaram is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts and Humanities in Economics from Tribhuwan University, Nepal.

Rami Al Ali

Board Member

Rami Al Ali is an established couture icon in the fashion world and a very successful entrepreneur and investor. From starting his own couture brand Rami Al Ali Couture, he used his bold and uncompromising creations to occupy pages of leading fashion publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Elle.

Rami used his creative artistry to be named among the Top 50 Most influential Arabs by the Middle East Magazine. Therefore, opening himself to endless opportunities which enabled him to have a strong presence at different award shows and red carpets such as Cannes Film Festival, the Oscars, and the Golden Globes. Rami has become the icon who is sought after by multiple celebrities which include Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Aishwarya Rai and Nawal AlKuwaitia.

He is Syrian-born, with an unwavering passion for refined aesthetics which, allowed him to graduate in Visual Arts from the college of Fine Arts in Damascus, Syria.

Nanda Veldink

Board Member

Nanda is a Senior Partner with more than 10 years of experience in working with the world’s leading luxury retail brands. She is part of the initial members of Millennial Brands with the value of connecting her global retail and consumer network to the GCC region.

A truly international member of the team, Nanda has lived in The Netherlands, Denmark, Australia, Argentina, Singapore and Dubai. She has a global network across the luxury and retail industry and experience in partnering with renowned brands on an international scale.

Whilst working on an international scale, Nanda identified a need for rising brands to work with a robust and trusted partner in the GCC, wanting to grow internationally.

Nanda is a holder of two Business Degrees and a Masters in Marketing and is trilingual (English, Spanish and Dutch).

Andreea Danila

Founder and Vice Chairwoman

Andreea is the Founder and Vice Chairwoman of Millennial Brands. Andreea Danila developed the Millennial Brands thesis including the introduction of the company in the global consumer space with the landmark case study of the Middle East market entry of O Boticario (USD 4bn turnover, No 2 beauty brand in Brazil) and further developing an award-winning omnichannel operation which is managed by a team comprised of more than 100 employees.

She is the General Partner of Global Millennial Capital, a USD200 million (portfolio equity aggregate value) early stage venture capital fund which utilizes artificial intelligence and data science into its investment evaluation process where she completed 10 investments in Silicon Valley.

Prior to starting Global Millennial Capital, Andreea was an M&A professional with Ernst and Young Corporate Finance where she advised consumer and technology companies on strategy, M&A, and market entry strategies for billion-dollar strategic capital projects.

Andreea is a Harvard Business School alumni with a specialization in General Management and holds an MBA from HULT International Business School.
